Use 1 part TISAB III to 1 part of sample or standard. For example, For example, 25 ml of sample requires 25 ml of TISAB II, 50 ml of sample requires 50 ml of TISAB II, etc.

Note: TISAB II is mixed 1:1 with samples and standards. TISAB III is mixed 1:10 with samples and standards. Therefore, TISAB III would last you 10 times as long as TISAB II
