For Fecal Coliforms, pH 7.2, Autoclaved.
Directions to make 1L of fecal dilution water:
In a 1L volumetric flask, Use 1.25mL of Phosphate Buffer Concentrate (P-32) along with 5.0mL of Magnesium Chloride Solution (M-6) add reagent grade water to make 1L of fecal dilution water.
Sterilize and store stock solution under refrigerated conditions. Discard solution if turbidity develops.
